I offer mobile sessions for individuals/small groups and can cater for one-on-one sessions at my home gym.
PRE AND POST NATAL TRAINING
I believe that maintaining a fit and healthy body throughout pregnancy can have a positive impact during the birth and will help your body recover afterwards.

I provide personal training sessions for pre & post natal clients in a relaxed atmosphere and welcome mums to bring along their babies.
I will keep an eye on the little ones so you can concentrate on getting the most out of your work out.
SMALL GROUP HIIT SESSIONS
Ideal for those with limited time that want a quick, hard workout that will make a difference.
These high intensity works outs are based around interval training. The group sessions are just 30 minutes but will push your mind and body to the maximum in a fun environment.
With groups of up to 8 people these sessions provide full body workouts focusing on raising your heart rate and pushing your limits.
NUTRITIONAL ADVICE
Having a balanced, nutritious diet is key to achieving your fitness goals.

As part of my personal training plans I offer nutritional advice, reviewing your current diet and advising where you can make changes to ensure you have a balanced diet that will compliment your training and help you achieve your goals.
